Experience the Pohss Studio silent disco magic this month @ Seaford North Primary School fete, through an immersive dance journey of movement, fun & connection for the whole family.
Through breathwork, intention & some groovy lead moves, let the crew from Pohss Stuido guide you in channelling the playfulness & joy your body may have forgotten how to express.
With great beats flowing through Silent Disco headphones, we aim to encourage release & open up, tune the body in & feel that fabulous dance freedom together.
Meet us on the mobile dance floor for :
~ 20-minute guided silent disco session for all ages
~ A practice that allows us to drop into our bodies & create dance happiness from head to toe.
