Welcome to Unleashed, our Full Moon Movement Dance Ritual! This is your chance to step into the magic of the lunar cycle, get in tune with your body, connect with nature, and truly let go.
In this unique event, Soph guides participants through 'Pohssing', a transformative practice of 'dancing how you feel, feeling how you dance'. We gather at the end of nature's cycle – the Full Moon – to celebrate, let loose, and boogie! We will be Unleashing on Full Moon in Taurus which graces our skies on this night.
This month’s theme is Rage & Release! Prepare for rock anthems, gritty beats, grunge, and deep dance tunes designed to help you channel and release those fierce, intense feelings. Let’s move, express, and transform that inner grit into powerful, positive energy.
