UNLEASHED @ ROSEBUD ~ FEB FULL MOON PARTY

Welcome to Unleashed, our Full Moon Movement Ceremonial party! This is your chance to step into the magic of the lunar cycle, get in tune with your body, connect with nature, and truly let go.

In this unique event, Soph guides participants through 'Pohssing', a transformative practice of 'dancing how you feel, feeling how you dance'. We gather at the end of nature's cycle – the Full Moon – to celebrate, let loose, and boogie!

Here's what the evening entails:

We begin at the Seaford Scout Hall, where we establish our base and kick-off with an opening ceremony. This includes a presence practice to ground ourselves in the moment, and a saging ritual to connect with higher spirits and energies.

Following the ceremony, we embark on a mobile outdoor adventure, taking our silent disco on the move! With Soph's guidance, we'll dive into 45 minutes of immersive moving and grooving. She'll share some of her own moves, but whether you follow them or find your own rhythm, it's entirely up to you!

In this space, you're invited to unleash your energy, release unwanted emotions, and welcome in those new, vibrant vibes. It's an experience of self-expression, release, and communal celebration – a dance journey unlike any other!

During Autumn and Winter, Unleashed aligns with the sunlight, kicking off at 5:00 pm for a 5:15 pm start, allowing us to catch the beautiful sunset.
