About the event
Welcome to Unleashed, our Full Moon Movement Ceremonial party! This is your chance to step into the magic of the lunar cycle, get in tune with your body, connect with nature, and truly let go.
In this unique event, Soph guides participants through 'Pohssing', a transformative practice of 'dancing how you feel, feeling how you dance'. We gather at the end of nature's cycle – the Full Moon – to celebrate, let loose, and boogie! We will be Unleashing in the after glow of the Full Moon in Sagitarrius that graces our skies on Thursday 23rd of May.
Here's what the evening entails:
This month we will begin at Seaford Scout Hall , where we establish our base and kick-off with an opening ceremony. This includes a presence practice to ground ourselves in the moment, and a saging ritual to connect with higher spirits and energies.
