We are teaming up with the awesome crew at Studio Paradise to bring you this epic summer event ~our first-time community back beach event! An experience of self-connection, self-inquiry and self-expression facilitated in silent disco headphones to take you to your internal space of freedom and joy along the back beach of St Andrews. Firstly, Soph will guide you into your body with breath mindfulness, chakra activation, intention and awareness, then lead you through guided movements to get you into your grove. From there, we will flow through moments of free dance, connection with self, connection with others and nature. We will begin our journey in the grounded space of Studio Paradise to connect within & then (weather permitting) hit the streets to venture down to the most amazing St Andrews's BACK BEACH to unite with the wild, raw ENERGY of the majestic dunes and ocean!! Become one with yourself, the tunes and nature, watch as you allow yourself to fully let go and embrace the moment, allowing yourself to move freely. Raising your vibration, opening up to connect with higher frequencies and call them into your being. When was the last time you activated this level of freedom and fun? Well, now is your chance. We invite you to step in with us, with community, new humans, humans you know and especially your loved ones to celebrate, liberate and let go on mother natures dance floor!! This event is suitable for everyone aged 14 + and absolutely no dance experience is required. If you have some younger humans who want to boogie check-out the family event we are also hosting at 5pm on the same day – FAM BAM DISCO CONNECTION (parents who purchase a ticket for this event can also attend the family event for free with their young humans). **Your ticket price also includes a complimentary Studio Paradise casual class pass valued at $28 which can be used to attend any of our standard classes. Wear shoes and clothes suitable for adventuring outdoors and you might even like to bring along your bathers an towel for an optional post dance dip weather permitting. **Please Note – Studio Paradise & Pohss Studio take all care and no responsibility. By purchasing a ticket and attending this event you agree to release an indemnify both parties from any liability in the unlikely event of an accident or injury caused at this event.
