Come join us for a sunrise Disco Walk along the Frankston Foreshore. A fun fitness session, with connected chats & dance breaks to get your vibe & heart rate pumping! Disco walk? What is that you say? It's a fusion of walking & grooving in Silent Disco headphones. Adding a shimmy to your stride and swing to your strut with dance breaks along our route. A super fun way to add more motion & intention to your walk and get the heart rate really pumping. Come raise the joy & connection levels sky high with beats in your ears, out in the beautiful bayside elements. A session for fitness, fun, mindfulness & community connection. *** MEET AT BOAT RAMP AT THE BOTTOM OF OLIVERS HILL ( recommend parking on Nepean Hwy on the opposite side of the road) • ~ We begin with a drop in on the pier, connecting to breath & bod • ~ Kick off with slow pace mindful walk & connection chats with another disco walker along the boardwalk • ~ Dance break on the grass at the end of the boardwalk & groove out onto the pier. • ~ Raise the pace & heart rate, disco walking, singing it out to beats on the way back on the boardwalk • ~ Then Power pump it Up Olivers Hill • ~ Optional Coffee @ Little Ollys after A midweek connect & reset. A Pohss session of moving your way & more. 6:20 am meet up for 6.30am Kick Off! 15 Spots available Suitable for ages +16 over. We like to keep these events for the adult groovers, to connect & release minus small humans. Pending weather, if the too wet event will be postponed to the following week. Ticket will be able to carry over to next event.
