Dance & Dip is Pohss Studios' invigorating & empowering practice. A combo that invites you to immerse yourself in tunes , raise your vibration & heart rate, followed by a cold plunge into the beautiful ocean. A holistic experience that combines movement, breath, music and cold water immersion for mental, physical and mental well being. D & D session connects you with your bod first through breathwork, intuitive movement & free dance. Followed by nature connection: plunging into the ocean water, a practice full of many health benefits for mental & physical growth. A powerful duo to invigorate your body, mind & soul & heal in a pohssitive way with the community! *** MEET AT SEAFORD LIFE SAVING DECK ( limited parking available so allow time for parking ) How we flow: • ~ Come together to connect with the crew in circle • ~ Drop in to our bods via, breath, chakra activation & intention • ~ 3- 4 tracks to warm up the bod, using a mix of lead movements & free dance & a touch of aerobic inspo • ~ Collective breath practice before entering the ocean • ~ Group cold water plunge 5 -10 mins ( or more if your choose) • ~ Group share & intention in the water • ~ Close out in circle "Dance & Dip" is a refreshing way to recharge, both physically and mentally. Pohss Studios triple threat combo of nature, music & movement therapy allows participants to engage in a holistic experience that addresses multiple aspects of well-being, ultimately contributing to a sense of vitality and balance while finding harmony between their bodies and the natural world. 8:00 pm meet up for 8:15 pm Kick Off! 15 Spots available. Suitable for ages +16 over. We like to keep these events for the adult groovers, to connect & release minus small humans. Pending weather, if the too wet event will be postponed to the following week. Ticket will be able to carry over to next event.
