Arrival + Grounding (10–15 min) Breathwork, intention setting, light movement to land in the body. 2. Dance Journey (40 min) Guided and freestyle movement, group games, connection-based dance play. 3. Close + Optional Honour Circle (15–30 min) Grounding, integration, optional sharing or ritual.
